www.jobsaro.com (the “Site”) is owned and operated by Inspire Global Solutions, Jobsaro and is made available to you on the following terms and conditions. By using the site and the services available on it you are deemed to accept these terms and conditions and any additional terms and conditions which expressly apply to services and information provided by third parties.

Binding Agreement

These Terms and Conditions (as they may be amended from time to time jobsaro), together with your Advertising and Candidate Search Service Agreement (if applicable), form a binding agreement (the “Agreement”) between you and jobsaro.  Your access to or use of the jobsaro Web Sites or Services indicates your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.  You are agreeing to use the Sites at your own risk.

Content

“Content” means jobsaro web pages, web forms, programming (including software code used on the Sites and in the Services, including (i) tools, kits, and object libraries, (ii) all third-party or open source code embedded therein, and (iii) any upgrades, updates, releases, fixes, enhancements or modifications to the foregoing), graphics, images, design (colour combinations and page layout), text, information, data, resumes stored in various commercial databases operated and licensed by jobsaro (including, among others, its “Resume Database,” “Salary Calculator Database,” “Talent Stream Supply & Demand Database” and the Recruitment Edge Database), data submitted via the Sites by Users and other content made available through the Sites by jobsaro.

Use of jobsaro Services

The job posting, resume database (“jobsaro Resume Database”) and other features of the jobsaro Sites may be used only by individuals seeking employment and/or career information and by employers seeking employees. In addition, jobsaro Networking and Profiles may be used by individuals for permitted professional and personal networking purposes. Your use of the jobsaro is also subject to any other contracts You may have with jobsaro. In the case of any conflict between these Terms and any contract you have with jobsaro, the terms of your contract will prevail. The term “post” as used herein shall mean information that You submit, publish or display on a jobsaro Site.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your account, Profile and passwords, as applicable. You may not share Your password or other account access information with any other party, temporarily or permanently, and You shall be responsible for all uses of Your jobsaro Site registrations and passwords, whether or not authorized by You. You agree to immediately notify jobsaro of any unauthorized use of Your account, Profile, or passwords.

By using the Site, you confirm that you accept these Jobseeker Terms and that you agree to comply with them.

If you do not agree to these Jobseeker Terms, you must not use the Site.

We recommend that you print a copy of these Jobseeker Terms for future reference.

Object of the agreement and scope of the Services

We offer a variety of career services via the Platforms. We want to be your lifelong career assistant. If your life perspective changes, you are developing or reaching for new goals, we offer the right career support. We aim to build a long-lasting relationship, to build a product and a Service, that is available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day and which enables you to take your life and future in your own hands.

You can use certain Services without registration. The registration of a “Jobs by email” or an account will offer you additional functionalities and Services. To provide you with the specific Services under registration or for the calculation of the term, we will store the date of your last activity at the Platforms (“Last Activity Date”), which can include the date of your registration, and last use of Services like applying for a job.

Services available without registration

Without the registration of a “Jobs by email” or an account you may use all Services that are available on our website without registration. Particularly you can browse jobs that are published on our website.

Job alerts

You can subscribe to job alerts through our Platforms. That means you will then regularly receive job alerts about listings which match your criteria. You can create job alerts manually which match a profile that has been defined by you in advance. If you also register or have registered an account, you can manage the job alerts

Saved Jobs

You can save job ads that you have viewed, e.g. by clicking the respective button in the job ad. You will then be able to access such saved listings in your account.

Application History

Within your account we store your applications to job listings that were published on the Platforms for two months in a history that can be accessed via your account. Information from such applications can be used to prefill fields

Our privacy Policy, which sets out the terms on which We process any personal data We collect from you, or that you provide to Us. By using the Site, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate;

Jobsaro contains links to third party web sites. These links are provided solely as a convenience to you and not as an endorsement by Jobsaro of the contents on such third-party web sites. Jobsaro is not responsible for the content of linked third-party sites and does not make any representations regarding the content or accuracy of materials on such third-party web sites. If you decide to access linked third-party web sites, you do so at your own risk.

Amendments to this Agreement and Changes to Sites

Jobsaro may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this page. Changes will be binding on you on the date they are posted on the Sites (or as otherwise stated in the any notice of such changes). Any use of a Site will be considered acceptance by you of the then-current Terms and Conditions (including any exhibits thereto) contained on such Site. If at any time you find the Terms and Conditions unacceptable, you may not use the applicable Site any longer. Any new or different terms supplied by you are specifically rejected by Jobsaro unless Jobsaro agrees to them in a signed writing specifically including those new or different terms. Jobsaro may change the Sites at any time.

Term and Termination

These Terms will remain in full force and effect while You are a User of any Jobsaro Site. Please visit our website www.jobsaro.com. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to pursue all of its legal remedies, including but not limited to removal of Your User Content from the Jobsaro Sites and immediate termination of Your registration with or ability to access the Jobsaro Sites and/or any other services provided to You by Jobsaro, upon any breach by You of these Terms or if Jobsaro is unable to verify or authenticate any information You submit to a Jobsaro Site registration.
